Once the bell is rung no athlete may receive aid, go to their tent/setup area, or receive any outside help. Athletes that are not on the line when the bell rings will be immediately disqualified. A verbal 30 second warning will be given followed by a 10 second countdown. A 3 minute, 2 minute, and 1 minute warning will be given before each run begins. Each race will start on the hour exactly.
Whatever leftover time you have is your rest/food/bathroom break. You have the full hour to finish the 4.2 mile loop.
